When you become pregnant, you are put on many mailing lists -- from parenting magazines to samples of formula.  After your baby dies, these things continue to arrive in the mail and can be an extremely painful daily reminder of your loss.

If you would like to be removed from many of these lists, write to:

This will not stop every call or mailing, but it will erase the majority of them.  Be aware, however, that it usually takes several weeks to take effect.
