The most common "planned gifts" are
bequests, or gifts through your will. A bequest is especially appropriate if you
wish to retain full control of your property during life, while still providing
a wonderful gift and lasting legacy for continued support of Spenser's Hope.
Spenser's Hope can be named as a beneficiary in your will in any number of ways.
You may make a specific dollar bequest, or choose to give a percentage of your
estate. You may even name Spenser's Hope as a contingent, or secondary,
beneficiary.
Benefits of
this type of planned gift include:
-
the deduction of the fair market value of
property given from your taxable estate, which could result in significant
estate tax saving
-
your retaining full control of property during
your lifetime
-
the satisfaction of knowing that you will be
helping Spenser's Hope to thrive beyond your own lifetime
Please email us at donations@spensershope.com

very much for making Spenser's Hope a part of your charitable plans.
